Returns

Before returning your order, please contact us at info@inspo-cases.com and we will provide you the detailed information for the returning process.

Your returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days after you receive themTo be eligible for a return, items are to be returned in original condition in original, your item must be unused. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns and Refunds 

We only accept return items and proceed the refund if our goods are defective or damage. 

Due to our phone cases being individually handmade, INSPO Cases will not be accepting exchanges, returns or cancellations at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items 
Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that the customer pays the shipping fee when returning a product.
